We use this information in combination with state-of-the-art medical intelligent systems and holistic evaluation methods to understand your results through a broader lens — including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), emotional energetics, and natural healing principles. 🌿 During Your Session, We Will: ✔️ Review your imaging or lab results in plain, affirming language ✔️ Discuss possible root cause imbalances using holistic pattern recognition ✔️ Explore complementary support options like herbal remedies, nutritional shifts, energy work, and breath-based practices ✔️ Co-create a gentle, intuitive action plan to support your next steps ✔️ Provide somatic and emotional wellness tools to help you process your results and feel more grounded Your session goes beyond interpretation — it’s a guided, empowering deep dive into your body’s story. ✔ Comprehensive 1:1 Consultation (45–60 min) Work directly with a certified AIONYX practitioner to review your diagnostic imaging or lab results in clear, supportive terms. ✔ Personalized Post-Diagnostic PDF Overview Receive a beautifully formatted PDF summary of your session, including your reviewed results, key takeaways, and tailored next steps. ✔ Customized Integrative Healing Plan Get a holistic roadmap based on your unique patterns and goals — blending functional insight, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and full-body wellness. ✔ Targeted Herbal + Supplement Guidance Receive precise recommendations for herbal remedies or nutritional supplements to naturally support your body’s healing process. ✔ Mind-Body-Soul Recommendations Enjoy emotional wellness suggestions, somatic practices, and spiritual alignment support tailored to your diagnostic journey. ✔ Bonus: Option to add follow-up voice note support or herbal product discount (if you’d like to build this in). This session is not a substitute for medical treatment. Instead, it offers integrative guidance to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.
Cancellation Policy
Aionyx Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Aionyx Integrative Health and Wellness Institute for your personalized wellness journey. To ensure clarity, integrity, and a smooth client experience, please review the following policies before booking your session. 📅 Appointments & Scheduling All consultations are by appointment only and must be scheduled through our official booking system. Sessions are available in virtual format unless otherwise specified. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and intake forms once your booking is complete. 📸 Photo Submissions (For Analysis Services) If your service includes TCM Face Mapping, Palm Reading, Iridology, or any other body analysis, clear and well-lit photographs must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your session. Instructions for how to take and upload photos will be provided upon booking. Failure to submit your photos on time may result in rescheduling or session forfeiture. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. You may reschedule once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be refunded. 💳 Payments All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through our online booking platform. We do not accept cash or in-person payments at this time. 🔁 Refund Policy Due to the energetic and time-sensitive nature of our work, all services are non-refundable.
