By accessing our website, booking a service, submitting intake forms or photos, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using this site and engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained legal guardian consent, and you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services
AIONYX offers holistic, non-diagnostic services including TCM face mapping, palmistry, iridology, tongue analysis, and lifestyle-based consultations. These services are designed to provide energetic, emotional, and constitutional insights — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our services are complementary in nature and do not replace care from licensed healthcare providers. You are responsible for seeking medical evaluation for any health concerns.

3. Submissions and Client Content
You may be asked to upload personal data including:

Facial, palm, iris, tongue, or other images

Health and lifestyle intake forms

Sleep, digestion, or emotional logs

By submitting this information, you grant AIONYX the right to review, analyze, and respond to your data strictly for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon service. All submissions are confidential and handled with respect and security.

You may not submit false, misleading, copyrighted, or harmful content.

4. Rescheduling and Refunds

In summary:

Digital analysis services are non-refundable once work has begun

One free reschedule is allowed with 24 hours’ notice

Expedited fees (e.g., Same Day, Next Day) are non-refundable

Refunds for product purchases may be handled by third-party vendors (e.g., Modalyst)

5. Delivery & Communication
Most services are delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving complete materials. Delivery may be via PDF, pre-recorded video, email, phone call, or Google Meet session depending on your selection at checkout.

AIONYX is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions or technical issues outside our control.

6. Payment and Billing
All payments must be completed prior to service delivery. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card and other authorized payment processors. You are responsible for all applicable charges, including expedited service fees, if selected.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share, rent, or sell your data. We use secure platforms to collect, store, and manage sensitive information. AI tools used in our services do not retain user data beyond session use.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including PDFs, diagrams, reports, images, branding, and digital tools — is the intellectual property of AIONYX and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

Client-submitted content remains yours, but your use of our services grants us a limited license to process and format that content in order to deliver our offerings.

9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or health condition

Use our tools or content for unauthorized commercial purposes

Engage in harassment, spam, or unlawful activity through our platform

Reverse-engineer or misuse our intellectual property

10. Modifications
