Refund Policy
We value your time, energy, and trust. Because our services are custom-created and energetically initiated upon booking, our refund policy is structured to honor the work and care that goes into every consultation.
Digital Services (Consultations & Reports)
All digital services (including face, palm, iris, and lifestyle-based assessments) are non-refundable once the analysis process has begun. This includes:

Receipt of intake forms or photos

Start of intuitive or AI-assisted review

Scheduling of live consults

Submission of intake details or data
Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary reschedule for live sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you miss your session without notice or request multiple reschedules, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.
Expedited Services
Rush orders (Same-Day or Next-Day) are non-refundable once purchased. These services begin processing immediately and override standard timelines.
Physical Products
Products sold via our store (including through Modalyst or dropshipping partners) are subject to the return policies of their respective vendors. AIONYX cannot process refunds for delayed shipping, damages during transit, or dissatisfaction with third-party products.
