Aionyx Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Aionyx Integrative Health and Wellness Institute for your personalized wellness journey. To ensure clarity, integrity, and a smooth client experience, please review the following policies before booking your session. 📅 Appointments & Scheduling All consultations are by appointment only and must be scheduled through our official booking system. Sessions are available in virtual format unless otherwise specified. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and intake forms once your booking is complete. 📸 Photo Submissions (For Analysis Services) If your service includes TCM Face Mapping, Palm Reading, Iridology, or any other body analysis, clear and well-lit photographs must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your session. Instructions for how to take and upload photos will be provided upon booking. Failure to submit your photos on time may result in rescheduling or session forfeiture. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. You may reschedule once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be refunded. 💳 Payments All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through our online booking platform. We do not accept cash or in-person payments at this time. 🔁 Refund Policy Due to the energetic and time-sensitive nature of our work, all services are non-refundable.
